How do you define a user for billing purposes?
A user is anyone on your team that has an account on MedChat.
We need to add new users to our team. How will that be billed?
We'll add the prorated total for that user to your bill for the current billing cycle.
As an example, suppose your team is on the Essential plan, which costs $50 per active user per month. You add a new team member 17 days into your billing period and there are 13 days remaining in that cycle. The per-day cost for each user $50 / 30, so we will add a pro-rated amount of $21.66 ($50 / 30 * 13) to your next bill.
What are my payment options - credit card and/or invoicing?
Essential and Premium plans are automatically billed via credit card. If you’re a Premium plan member spending at least $2,000, you may request to be invoiced. Enterprise accounts are always invoiced.
Do Essential and Premium plans have a minimum contract length?
There is no minimum contract for Essential and Premium plans. Both are month to month so you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
